Mexican Stacks

From the kitchen of Tiny Lackey....

1 lb grd beef
1 jar of your fave salsa
shredded cheese
tortillas

Brown and drain the ground beef, then add salsa to whatever consistency you prefer (a little more, some of your fluid will cook off). Simmer 5 or 10 minutes.

In a pie plate, layer tortillas, meat mixture, cheese; then repeat.

Place in hot oven until cheese is melted, serve.

Sometimes I add a can of refried beans.....usually I blend the salsa.....sometimes I add chopped jalapenos....

This recipe WILL be used!!! Thanks for posting it! I'm also glad it only takes a pie plate LOL, I can't put much more in the toaster oven...yay, another recipe!
